Because our products are made to order, we follow a print-on-demand model. This means each item is created especially for you once your order is placed.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Changed mind

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Personal preference (color, fit, or style)

This applies to all print-on-demand items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’re here to help 💛

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Email admin@syntheticsoul.shop

  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns Without Approval

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval or to an incorrect address may not be accepted or refunded.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically take up to 10 business days to appear.

All items are considered final sale, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
